Common Name : Snake Plant, Mother-In-Law's Tongue

Sansevieria trifasciata, commonly known as snake plant, is a popular and hardy houseplant with stiff, sword-like leaves from six inches to 12 feet tall in its native habitat but usually reaches two feet tall when grown indoors. They vary in color but many have green-banded or striped leaves with a yellow or cream border.striped leaves with a yellow or cream border. Snake plants are easy to grow and are nearly indestructible. They grow slowly indoors, adapting to both bright light and low-light corners, however a few hours of early morning direct sun can boost growth. The best indoor plant for homes and offices.

3) The water-level indicator shows exactly when and how much to water. It prevents plants from drying out as well as from damage by over watering.

PLANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

LIGHT : Place the plant under shelter with as much light as possible without exposure to direct sunlight. 

WATERING : Pour water over the expanded clay aggregates until the red needle in the water-level indicator reaches the optimum mark (1/2). Only add water when the red needle in the indicator reaches the minimum mark (min). NEVER BEFORE. REMARK : Care must be taken not to overwater Sansevieria as they become very susceptible to root rot if the media is constantly damp. 

FERTILIZER : Dissolve 1 capful of Island Liquid Nutrient to 1 liter of water and pour the diluted nutrient over the expanded clay aggregates. Apply every alternate watering of your hydrocuture plants.
